Ryan Cavanaugh
Ryan has devoted his career as a plaintiff’s attorney representing clients who have been harmed by dangerous drugs, devices and toxic minerals. Ryan has extensive experience in every aspect of litigation, including lead counsel in dozens of jury trials taken to verdict. Notably, Ryan was lead trial counsel in Genet v. Union Carbide Corporation, et al., in which the jury returned a plaintiff’s verdict of $8,291,000.00.
During his career, Ryan has:
- Helped negotiate millions of dollars worth of settlements on behalf of his clients, including a $3,500,000.00 settlement for the family of a deceased railroad worker.
- Worked on multiple mass tort litigations and is well versed in the nuances of Multi-District Litigations. His first experience was in Vioxx, where he was co-lead counsel for his firm overseeing a client base that netted millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. Since Vioxx, Ryan has worked on numerous mass torts for defective drugs and devices.
