Edward Kelley
Partner
Ed Kelley is passionate about litigating cases on behalf of individuals harmed by the actions of others. He believes that when a company sells a dangerous product or turns a blind eye to wrongdoing, real people and real families pay the price. By filing lawsuits and holding corporations and institutions accountable, Ed works to help those struggling families in their time of need while hopefully preventing others from suffering.
Ed has litigated hundreds of cases and has played an active role in achieving multimillion dollar verdicts. He takes great pride in developing and executing complex litigation strategies on behalf of his clients. Ed has negotiated tens of millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of his clients with the hope that those funds can pay some medical bills or get them back on their feet after a catastrophic event.
Ed graduated from John Carroll University in 2013 and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2016 (magna cum laude). He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and various federal courts throughout the country. In law school, Ed served on the Cleveland State Law Review as the Chief Managing Editor. He was awarded Editor of the Year, and his work was published by the journal in 2016. That same year, Ed was a member of the Cleveland State Moot Court team. His team won the National Moot Court Competition’s regional championship defeating teams from The Ohio State University, Michigan State University, and Case Western Reserve University.
Ed has been named a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and a Rising Star Super Lawyer.
