Dean began his career at the United States Department of Justice, operating within federal enforcement and regulatory systems. He draws on that foundation to navigate regulatory frameworks while strategically advancing client objectives.
Over the course of his career, Dean has:
- Recovered substantial compensation for thousands of asbestos victims and their families through the asbestos bankruptcy trust system.
- Negotiated and resolved thousands of Medicare liens, driving higher net recoveries while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations.
